Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

By placing an order with MUS 3D Printing, you agree that your order does not involve:

• Weapons, firearms, or firearm components
• Illegal items or items intended for illegal purposes
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Drug paraphernalia
• Hate symbols or content intended to harass or harm others
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations

MUS reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion without explanation.

2. Order Review

All orders are subject to review before being accepted. Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfillment. You will be notified by email if your order is accepted, denied, or requires clarification.

3. Pricing & Quotes

Any price you enter is a suggested amount only. MUS will confirm final pricing before proceeding. We reserve the right to requote or decline if the suggested price does not cover materials and labor.

4. File Ownership

By uploading a 3D model file, you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce it. MUS is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from files provided by customers.

5. Print Quality & Tolerances

3D printing involves inherent tolerances and variations. MUS will make every effort to match your specifications, but minor dimensional differences, layer lines, and color variations are expected characteristics of FDM printing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. MUS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind. To be eligible:

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition
• Return postage is the buyer's responsibility
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

If your print arrives damaged or has a production defect, we will work with you regardless of timeframe. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue.

8. Liability

MUS 3D Printing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of printed items. All prints are provided as-is for personal or decorative use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
